2015 Charles City ‘Teachers of the Year’

Charles City High School band teacher Bruce Person (left) is the division's "Teacher of the Year" after being announced during a May 26 ceremony at Cary Hill Plantation. Person was recognized for his interaction with students, involvement with the community, and his ability to open up students to new experiences. Joining him are Charles City Middle School English Teacher Camille Kewer (center) and Charles City Elementary School fifth grade teacher Andrew Merritt (right), both whom were named "Teacher of the Year" at their respective schools.
