WOW award winner

Kelli Desper (center), a junior at New Kent High School, is the 2015 recipient of the American History Award by Woodmen of the World (WOW). The award is presented to students across the United States who succeed in maintaining the highest grade in American History studies. Presenting the award are (l to r) Darrin Holmes (WOW area representative), Wayne Anderson (WOW area manager), and Beth Mills (WOW West Point Chapter 442 president).
