Bridging Communities win two state competitions, heads to nationals
Kyle Forst and Tristan Sumner, two students at Bridging Communities Career and Technical Center, will participate in the 2015 Microsoft U.S. National Championship in the web and game design competition in Orlando, Florida.
Forst and Sumner emerged as state winners in the 2015 Microsoft Office Specialist competition. Sumner earned his title winning the MOS PowerPoint 2010 competition, while Forst topped the MOS Excel 2013 program.
Under the instruction of Mrs. Paula Canaday, five students placed in state competition. Forst won the 2014 MOS National Championship last year and represented the United States in the MOS World Challenge.
