Roger and Susan Burrage of Lanexa, Va. would like to announce the birth of their second child, Piper Jade Willow Burrage. Baby Piper was born Thursday, July 9, 2015. She entered the world weighing 6 lbs, 5 oz’s and measured at 19.5 inches long.
