Howard receives Harris award from New Kent Rotary

New Kent Rotary president Mark Burnet (left) presents outgoing New Kent Sheriff F.W. "Wakie" Howard Jr. with the Paul Harris Fellowship award in honor of his contributions to the foundation. Named after the founder of the Rotary Club, Howard received recognition for his investment in goodwill, peace, and understanding, which are morals according to Rotary International.
