More eastbound paving on Interstate 64 in New Kent scheduled for week of Oct. 4-8

Virginia’s Department of Transportation (VDOT) has announced paving projects for the upcoming week in New Kent for Oct. 4-8 on Interstate 64 eastbound.

–From mile markers 209-224, there will be alternating lane closures from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. for paving.

–The exit ramp from Route 33 (Eltham Road) to Interstate 64 east (at mile marker 220) will be closed from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. for paving. A detour will be in place to direct traffic.
