Charles City man dies in early morning car accident

A Charles City man was killed in a car crash in the county during the early morning hours of Oct. 20.

Tracy Turpin, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident on Charles City Road.

Turpin graduated from Charles City High School in 2012.
