Mock Board of Supervisors

Charles City High School seniors conducted the opening moments during the county's board of supervisors regular meeting on Nov. 24. The joint cooperation between the county and the school system allowed students to receive insight on initiating the meeting in an orderly and proper fashion. Mock board members and representatives are (l to r) Sydney Richard (County Attorney Randy Boyd), Meryah Bates (District 3-Floyd Miles Sr.), Victoria Banks (District 1-Gilbert Smith), Dallis Wallace III (District 2-Bill Coada), Ronald Washington (Asst. County Administrator Michelle Johnson), Superintendent of Schools David Gaston, and Jasmine Dabney (County Administrator Zach Trogdon).
