Police ‘presents’

Above, Capt. Chris Hamlet assists fifth grader Dallas Anstead as he tries on a pair of shoes as part of New Kent's "Cops who Care" program through the Fraternal Order of Police. Approximately 18 underprivileged New Kent children received the opportunity to join members of the sheriff's office for breakfast followed by a $100 shopping spree for clothes and $100 spending limit on toys for the holiday season.
