Springman earns degree from University of South Dakota

Joel Edmund Michael Springman, a resident of Quinton, graduated from the University of South Dakota on Dec. 12.

Springman was among 560 graduates who took place in the winter commencement ceremonies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
