Eleven indictments handed up from New Kent grand jury
A grand jury indicted 11 individuals during Mar. 21 Monday morning proceedings in New Kent Circuit Court:
–John Glaseman Adams III, 42, of the 5500 block of Lakeview Road, Quinton, on one count each of DUI (third offense) and driving revoked. The offense allegedly occurred last June 2 when Adams was pulled over during a traffic stop.
–Sibylla Hope Coles, 43, of the 7200 block of Little Creek Dam Road, Toano, on a single count of possession of a controlled substance. The indictment alleges Coles possessed cocaine on Mar. 26.
–Colton Jon Dearborn, 19, of the 17000 block of The Glebe Lane, Charles City, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Dearborn allegedly possessed heroin and cocaine on Oct. 22, leading to his arrest.
–Anthony John Gadzalski, 28, of the 2300 block of Paramont Avenue, Chesapeake, on one count each of driving revoked, DUI (third offense), and possession of a controlled substance. The indictments indicate that during a traffic stop last Dec. 10, Gadzalski operated a vehicle under the influence of a drug or alcohol. Upon inspection during the stop, he allegedly had Adderal in his possession.
–John Earl Glenn, 35, of the 7100 block of Timber Ridge Road, Quinton, on a solo count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The defendant allegedly had a weapon in his possession last July 22.
–Maurice Thomas Lewis, 25, of the 6300 block of Hickory Road, Quinton, on one count each of burglary and grand larceny. Allegedly Lewis broke into the home of Lynn Stanton and confiscated a television.
–Charles James Lipscomb, 47, of the 500 block of Barham Road, Barhamsville, on one count each of possession of a firearm by a non-violent felon and shooting from a vehicle. The incident allegedly took place last Nov. 10.
–Edgar Ortiz-Santiago, 21, of the 9400 block of Talleysville Road, New Kent, on a single count of malicious wounding. Ortiz-Santiago is accused of injuring a person during a Jan. 9 attack.
–Deondre Elijah Pittman, 18, of 5 Frond Court, Williamsburg, on one count each of burglary and possession of burglary tools. The indictment alleges Pittman broke into the home of Raleigh Thomas Junior last Aug. 8.
–Luis Javier Quinones, 40, of the 2400 block of Homeview Drive, Richmond, on one count of construction fraud. Quinones allegedly received funds to do repairs on the home of William Penny last May 1 but did not do any work, according to the indictment.
–Korby Francis Taylor, 25, of the 200 block of Clancie Road, Shacklefords, on one count of possession of a controlled substance. Taylor allegedly was in possession of heroin during his arrest on Dec. 7.
