Five indicted in Charles City Circuit Court

Five individuals were indicted during Tuesday morning proceedings in Charles City Circuit Court:

–Charles Wayne Adkins, 49, of the 3100 block of Barnetts Road, Charles City, on one count of transporting a firearm by a violent felon. Adkins allegedly confronted a neighbor during an argument on Mar. 13 and carried a weapon from his home to his neighbor’s home in a threatening manner.

–Treveon Doleon Clemons, 27, of the 4500 block of Marlin Avenue, Suffolk, on two counts of failure to appear. Clemons allegedly has not shown for court dates relating to earlier matters that he has been charged with.

–Ebony Monique Coles, 24, of the 12100 block of The Glebe Lane, and Cordaysia L. Robinson, 24, of the 17500 block of John Tyler Memorial Highway on one charge each of breaking and entering and misdemeanor destruction of property. According to the indictments, the duo entered the home belonging to one of Coles’ ex-boyfriends on Feb. 7 and destroyed a door. Coles is also charged with two counts of misdemeanor assault and battery that stemmed from an argument on the same day.

–Rhiannon Vitiello, 30, formerly of the 9500 block of Sturgeon Point Road, on three counts of felony animal cruelty. The charges stem from incidents that occurred during the early part of this year. She is also facing two additional felony charges along with 23 misdemeanors from earlier indictments.
