World War II veteran speaks to New Kent Rotary

Paul Harper, a World War II Veteran, spoke at New Kent Rotary Club's Nov. 11 meeting. Harper served in the Air Force and spoke about his experiences that included having his airplane shot down and being captured by the Germans. He also gave a presentation about the sacrifices made by men and women who served in the war.
