‘Cops who Care’ at Christmas

Deputy Heath Jenkins was among one of the police escorts as part of New Kent's participation in the "Cops who Care" program on Dec. 4. In conjunction with the Fraternal Order of Police, approximately 17 underprivileged New Kent children were able to enjoy breakfast with Santa Claus before partaking in a shopping spree with a $200 spending limit, with at least half designated for clothing and necessities.
