Kip Kephart citizenship award winners

New Kent Sheriff’s Office and the Kip Kephart Foundation presented their annual Good Citizenship Award to three students who attend New Kent County schools. Each student was recognized for his or her contributions to the school and community and will have their name engraved on a plaque. Above, Amanda Ford (second from left) is recognized as New Kent Elementary School’s winner. Katherine Payne (center) is identified as George Watkins Elementary School’s winner of the award. Joining her in the recognition are (l to r) mother Ashley Harwood, father Tom Payne, Watkins, and Rula.

Julian Vogt (second from right) is the recipient of the award at New Kent Middle School. With him during the presentation are (l to r) middle school principal Kelly Gray, mother Shannon Vogt, Watkins, and Rula.
