Two men indicted in Charles City Circuit Court

Two men were formally indicted by a grand jury during Tuesday morning proceedings in Charles City Circuit Court:

–Dallis Leno Wallace Jr., 48, of the 7800 block of Lewis Tyler Lane, Charles City, on one count of construction fraud. Wallace allegedly received $9,500 to do repair work on a home on Wayside Road around Dec. 25, 2015 but did not perform the task.

–Jared Edward Woodley, 23, of the 7400 block of Courthouse Road, Providence Forge, on one count of malicious wounding. Woodley allegedly stabbed another man during an altercation on July 7.
