Charles City High School to host youth symposium

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. is partnering with Charles City High School’s PTA and Charles City’s Sheriff’s Office to host its 20th annual youth symposium on Mar. 10 at Charles City High School from 5-11 p.m.

Entitled “Youth Investment: Building a Future for Impactful Leaders,” students will participate in various workshops on healthy choices, healthy living, healthy relationships, and healthy generations. The symposium aims to promote a positive atmosphere and enhance youth’s awareness on how to be well adjusted to current situations and for them to become productive citizens.
