Colonial Heights tops Lady Trojans 6-3 in tennis

Mattie Thornton produced New Kent’s lone singles win and teamed with Mackenzie Taylor for a doubles victory while the combo of Lexie Butler and Torii Pickett also won in doubles. But that was not enough for the Lady Trojans to keep pace with visiting Colonial Heights. The Colonials prevailed 6-3 in Wednesday tennis action.
