New Kent County Fair scheduled for Aug. 11-13

The 46th annual New Kent County Fair is scheduled for Aug. 11-13 at New Kent High School.

Applications and information for vendors and sponsors are currently being accepted. Girls ages 5-22 are eligible to participate in the fair pageant that will take place on the Thursday and Friday of the week, with the queen being awarded a college scholarship.

Saturday activities include a car show, magician Steve Kish, juggler Jesse Joyner, balloon artists and more.

Exhibit listings are available on the website www.newkentcountyfair.com. Applications for the pageant fair as well as information on becoming a vendor are also available on the site.
