Odom receives U.S. Navy commission

Cristen Odom received a commission from the United States Naval Academy on May 24.

She is a distinguished graduate with Bachelor of Science degrees in political science and Arabic.

She is a 2008 graduate of New Kent High School. Ensign Odom will be based at Naval Station Norfolk.
