SOL celebration at George Watkins Elementary School

An outbreak of hula hoop fever couldn’t be cured as students of George Watkins Elementary School swayed to music as part of a June 14 SOL celebration. Students with passing scores and improvements celebrated through activities that included face-painting and enjoying sweet treats.
