Jasmine D. Brown is salutatorian of Charles City High School’s Class of 2013 with a grade-point average of 3.7.

She is the daughter of Cathy and David Brown of Charles City.

Jasmine plans to attend James Madison University to pursue a degree in criminal justice.

She enjoys spending time with her friends and reading during her spare time.
