Charles City Educational Foundation representatives (back, l to r) Randy Boyd, Bonnie Whitaker, Hugo Thompson and Jackie Stewart present a check to 2013 scholarship recipients (front l to r) Jasmine Brown (represented by mother, Cathy), Kaniqua Gray, and Taylor Smith. Each recipient will receive $1,000 towards their education. Brown and Smith will be attending James Madison University while Gray will further her studies at Old Dominion University.
