Hill becomes chartering member

A New Kent woman is among one of the chartering members for the Central Virginia Chapter of the Top Ladies of Distinction.

Sonja Hill was among 19 women inducted into the organization at the Nov. 18 induction ceremony.

The Top Ladies of Distinction is a national, non-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to enhancing and enriching lives of youth and adults through national and community-based programs. The Central Virginia area will cover areas of New Kent, Richmond, Henrico, and Petersburg.
