Michael Joseph Rett

Michael Joseph Rett, 28, of Providence Forge, VA went to be with the Lord, July 26, 2013.

He graduated from Trinity High School in Louisville, Kentucky. Michael received a B.A. degree from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Michael had a great passion for the environment and enjoyed spending his free time in the outdoors. He was an avid soccer player, rock climber, snowboarder and mountain bicyclist.

Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Marcella Nauyalis, and paternal grandparents, Wilton and Dorothy Rett.

Michael is survived by his parents Gerald and Carolyn Rett; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

A memorial service was held 3 p.m. Saturday, August 3rd, at Providence United Methodist Church, 4001 New Kent Highway, Quinton, VA 23141.
