Cadets w camp certificates

Five cadets from Charles City County High School’s Army JROTC “Panther” Battalion participated in a regional JROTC Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge summer camp from June 27-July 2 at Fort A.P. Hill. Over 500 cadets from 46 high schools from Virginia and surround states attended the program that gives high school students an opportunity to develop patriotism, practice good citizenship, and learn leadership skills. This year’s participants were (l to r) Haley Hargis, M. Chad Montgomery, John Hoffman, M. Chandler Montgomery, and Sammantha Hodges. The group was accompanied by CCHS JROTC instructors SFC Steward Greene and LTC Vernon Peters.
