Donation to Charles City High School JROTC

Charles City Ruritan Club president David Black (left) presents a $1,000 donation to Charles City High School JROTC instructors SFC Steward Greene (center) and LTC Michael Poirer (right) at its Apr. 19 meeting. The donation was presented in recognition for JROTC’s accomplishments and contributions to the Ruritan Club at events such as the directing traffic at the annual Steakfeast.
