Charles City Sheriff’s Office celebrated its annual “National Night Out” event on Aug. 7 at the Charles City Social Center. The event serves as a community outreach between authority branches and citizens, bringing together the parties in an informative and fun event. Above, children and adults get a first-hand look at the Virginia State Police helicopter.
