Bridging Communities Career and Technical Center and Charles City senior Peyton Winston (center, above) conducts a final inspection as part of the center’s computer donation program on Nov. 23. Twenty New Kent Middle School students with computer needs were recepients of refurbished devices provided through BCCTC and the Virginia Student Training and Refurbishment Program (VA STAR). Computers included cables, keyboards, Windows program, and 80 gigabytes of hard drive memory. Below, BCCTC director Dr. Stephen Trexler (left) helps load a cart to transport computers for estatic middle school students and families.
