Princess Smith (left) is Ms. Charles City Volunteer Fire and EMS 2014. Jakara Brown (center) is first runner-up and Mya Keeton-Smith (right) is second runner-up. The combined efforts of the young ladies help raise $9,373.45 for Charles City Fire and EMS services.
