Charles City Ruritan scholarship

Charles City’s Skyy Harris (right) is the recipient of Charles City’s Ruritan Scholarship. The club annually gives away funds to assist graduating seniors of the high school. Presenting the scholarship is Ruritan representative Sherri Bowman (left).
