Proclaiming Grace Outreach scholarship recipients

Recent New Kent High School graduates Abbey Coutu (left) and Emma Bell (right) are each recipients of a $1,000 scholarship offered by Proclaiming Grace Outreach. The scholarship is given to students based on academic performance, contributions to their community, and extracurricular activities.
