Above, everything is just ‘peachy’ as Charles City farmer Peter Churins (left) sells produce during opening day of New Kent’s Farmers’ Market Saturday morning. Located at the intersection of Emmaus Church Road (Route 106) and New Kent Highway (Route 249), local farmers and vendors were able to sell local food and homemade crafts to patrons who packed the parking lot.
