Second Elam and Mount Nebo Baptist Church in New Kent united together to feed the homeless at Monroe Park in Richmond on Feb. 1. Despite the snow, the groups fed 75 people, supplying spaghetti, crackers, soup, and water. The two churches are planning to do the event once again in April.
