Baldwin speaks to New Kent Rotary

Assistant Director of New Kent Parks and Recreation Jason Baldwin was the guest speaker at New Kent Rotary Club’s Oct. 11 meeting. He spoke about the construction of Pine Fork Park coming to the county.
