CCES ‘Trunk or Treat’

Children and adults parade around the front of Charles City Elementary School for some Halloween fun as part of the second annual “Trunk or Treat” sponsored by Charles City Elementary School’s PTO. More than 500 people attended the event that consisted of 48 trunks that consisted of treats, mild frights, and a fun atmosphere for all.
