Kip Kephart Citizenship Award winners

Above, Aisling Guiterrez holds a plaque where her name will be posted on as the latest New Kent Middle School student to receive the Kip Kephart Foundation Citizenship Award. In conjunction with New Kent Sheriff’s Office, a student who demonstrates qualities of giving back to the community, citizenship, and helpfulness is selected from the middle school and both elementary schools each year and receives a $100 award and a certificate.

Kaydence Coleen Elbourn is selected at George Watkins Elementary School’s recipient of its citizenship award.
