Charles City Grand Illumination 2020

Charles City District 2 Supervisor and Board Chairman Bill Coada hands out holiday goodie bags during Charles City's Grand Illumination held Sunday evening. The modified event saw drivers watch a parade from their vehicle before following the route to the Charles City Courthouse Complex where they received treats and got a chance to wave to Santa Claus.
