Supervisor boards reorganize for 2021

Both Charles City and New Kent’s Board of Supervisors reorganized at recent meetings for the 2021 calendar year.

In New Kent, District 1 representative Thomas Evelyn was elected chairman. District 2 leader Tommy Tiller will assume the role of vice-chairman.

In Charles City, District 1 leader Gilbert Smith was named as chairman for the year. District 3 representative Lewis Black III was given the nod as vice-chairman.
