Solar Guru award

Charles City High School student Kayla King won the Solar Guru award during the statewide KidWind Challenge. Hosted annually by the Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy at James Madison University, King accumulated the highest score on a quiz as part of AES mission to deepen students’ knowledge of solar electric generation.
