Duo involved in alleged larceny indicted by New Kent grand jury
Two men who were involved in an alleged grand larceny have been indicted Monday morning by a grand jury in New Kent Circuit Court.
Brandon Tyler Duff, 24, of the 700 block of Lilly Pond Road, King & Queen Courthouse, and Felix John Gill, 46, of the 1200 block of Grapevine Road, Sandston, were each indicted on one count of grand larceny. According to the accusation, Duff and Gill worked together to steal money and personal items from Gary Martin on Apr. 10.
In other indictments certified by the grand jury:
–Seth Howard Betler, 27, of the 1500 block of Colony Trail, Lanexa, on one charge each of misdemeanor improper driving and destruction of property. The defendant alleged damaged property belonging to Dick Harris on Jan. 24.
–Zachary Cullen Brown, 24, of the 4500 block of Union Grove Road, Richmond, on one count each of shooting a firearm from a vehicle, misdemeanor destruction of property, and misdemeanor DUI (first offense). Brown allegedly discharged a firearm from a vehicle, destroying the property of W.W. Enroughty and Son Inc. on Apr 3.
–David S. Dahlmann II, 43, of the 200 block of Berkley Avenue, Pittsburgh, on a single count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Dahlmann allegedly was in possession of cocaine on Apr. 29.
–Andre Quincy Davis, 21, currently of Henrico Jail East, on one count each of assault and battery of a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor obstruction of justice. Davis allegedly committed the offense against a guard on May 21.
–Steve M. Johnson, 61, of the 6400 block of Continental Can Road, Providence Forge, on a lone count of felony child abuse. The offense allegedly took place on Feb. 15.
–Tyrese Lavell McEachern, 22, of the 600 block of W. 27th Street, Apt. 1, Norfolk, on a single count of unauthorized use of a vehicle. McEachern allegedly used a vehicle belonging to Ashton Hastings without their permission on Oct. 14, 2000.
–Gregory Lynn McMillan, 57, of the 200 block of Curry Drive, Williamsburg, on a solo charge of DUI (third or subsequent offense). McMillan allegedly committed the crime on July 17.
–Morgan Lee Mullins, 26, of the 200 block of Deagles Road, Deltaville, on one count each of possession of a Schedule I/II substance and misdemeanor obstruction of justice. Mullins allegedly possessed methamphetamine on June 5.
–Frank Damon Overton, 40, of the 1200 block of Herman Street, Richmond, on a lone count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug. Overton allegedly possessed methamphetamine on Mar. 4.
–Michael James Podway, 42, of the 100 block of W. Hidden Valley Drive, Boca Raton, Florida, on one count each of unauthorized use of a vehicle and misdemeanor tampering with a vehicle. The defendant allegedly used a vehicle belonging to Priority Lexus without permission on July 18.
–Caressa Nicole Scott, 38, of the 100 block of Magruder Avenue, Williamsburg, on a solo charge of breaking and entering. Scott allegedly burglarized the home belonging to Geraldine Hale on July 5.
–Marshall Smith Jr., 60, of the 9400 block of Willow Grove Court, Chesterfield, on one charge each of possession of a Schedule I/II drug and misdemeanor DUI (first offense). Smith allegedly possessed heroin when he was taken into custody on March 16.
