Williams receives CoSIDA Rising Star Award

Jolisa Williams, a 2008 graduate of Charles City County High School, has been awarded the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Rising Star Award for colleges.

Williams, who serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Media Relations at Bowie State University, is honored with the award that recognizes a CoSIDA member with 10 years of service or less whose work, service, dedication, energy, and enthusiasm to the profession in athletic communications.
