Two local residents complete studies at College of William & Mary

Two local students recent graduated from the College of William & Mary during the Spring 2022 commencement ceremonies.

Rachel Sowder of Quinton was awarded a Juris Doctor for the completion of her studies. Victoria Morales of New Kent earned a Bachelor of Arts degree for completing her studies.
