Babb-Evelyn 2022

New Kent County Treasurer Charles Evelyn III (right) has been awarded the 2022 Treasurer of the Year by the Treasurer’s Association of Virginia during a June 14 meeting in Virginia. The award recognizes a treasurer who provides outstanding service in their locality and has gone beyond their service to assist others. Presenting Evelyn his plaque is the Treasurer’s Association of Virginia President, Dinah Babb.
