Proclaiming Grace Outreach scholarship recipients

William Small Jr. (left) and Jamie Seeterlin (right), both recent graduates of New Kent High School, were recipients of the $1,500 Jenna Grace King Memorial Scholarship from Proclaiming Grace Outreach. The scholarships were awarded based on academic achievement, community, church, and school involvement.
