Kelley named new director of Heritage Public Library
Jesse Kelley has been named as the new library director for Heritage Public Library.
Kelley had previously worked a programming coordinator at Chesterfield County Public Library. He will secede Kendra Mathis, who is retiring at the end of February.
“We’re excited to see where Jesse will lead the library,” Mathis said in a press release.
“Jesse brings a great deal of experience with programming and building relationships with local organizations,” said Lelia McKee, chair of Heritage Public Library’s Board of Trustees.
For Kelley, he is looking forward to the new chapter in his journey.
“I’ve been so impressed with how professional and welcoming everyone has been,” he commented in a press release. “I can’t wait to participate in outreach opportunities and learn more about this community.”
