Above, car and truck enthusiasts gathered at Colonial Downs for the Devin Samuels Memorial Truck and Car Show on Apr. 29. The annual event is to honor Devin Samuels while encouraging others to gain more knowledge of the importance of wearing safety belts. Below, the family of Devin Samuels makes a donation to New Kent Sheriff’s Office Safety Belt Trailer Fund.
