Carlyle Maurice Randall

Carlyle Maurice “Erskine” Randall, 69, of Lanexa, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023, at his hope peacefully in Angeles City, Philippines.

Carlyle’s dedication to his country was unwavering as he served in the Air Force for 20 years. His duties took him to various corners of the world, including Thailand, Greenland, and Japan.

Carlyle, a cherished father, brother, uncle, and friend, was the fourth of nine children of the late James and Lucy Bernice Randall.

He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Barbara Wright, Diane (Willie) Jones, and James E. Randall.

Carlyle will forever be loved by his three daughters, Stacee Randall of New York, New York, Shavonne (Donald) Kearse of Columbia, South Carolina, and Meeya Randall of Williamsburg, Virginia; with his enduring love extended to his siblings, Michael (Sharon) Randall, Victor (ShaVonnie) Randall, Valarie (Benjamin) Kelly, Yvette Randall, and L’Tanya (Jeffrey) Taliaferro; along with 18 nieces and nephews. These cherished family members will forever hold in their hearts the beautiful memories created with Carlyle.

The Randall family will have a service on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, 2 p.m. at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, 5800 Mt. Nebo Road, Barhamsville, Virginia, 23011. Friends and family may attend the repast after the services.
