New Kent County seeks interim supervisor for District 3

New Kent County Board of Supervisors is seeking an interim representative to serve District 3 following the passing of Patricia A. Paige.

To be considered, a nominee must be a registered voter residing in District 3 and meet state qualifications to hold public office.

Interested candidates are to submit an application by Friday, Dec. 15, at 4:30 p.m. Interested candidates can apply on the New Kent County government website.

Board members will conduct interviews and will have an appointment by the end of the 2023 calendar year. The interim supervisor will be sworn in and serve until Dec. 31, 2024.
