Lady Trojans swim team opens with pair of wins

New Kent’s Lady Trojans swim teamed opened with wins during a Nov. 28 meet at Hampton Aquaplex.

The Lady Trojans earned a 58-29 win over Smithfield and a 52-37 victory over Poquoson.

On the boys’ side, New Kent split competition again Bay Rivers District opponents.

New Kent defeated Poquoson 52-43, while dropping a head-to-head matchup against Smithfield 59-36.
